Lovely traditional pub in a lovely setting with large car park to the rear. We went for a family getogether & meal. The food is lovely with a good choice & ability to adapt the choices as it is all home made & fresh. The portions are massive. Just wanted to say booked this venue for a Wake with a buffet lunch. From the very first phone call to June I knew we had picked the right place. So helpful, and only a short distance from the Crematorium. Food was lovely and just kept coming - every time a tray appeared to be emptying, it was filled up again - with simple foods that everyone loved - excellent value for money. I've been for many lunches here and the food is always top notch and the portions generous with a good kids menu too. Lovely local pub and very good value for money with lovely friendly service.
