Went on the brewery tour. Our guide, Robin, was very knowledgable about the history of the brewery and also gave very good insight into the flavours of the various beers during the tasting at the end of the tour.

Paul was our guide and he was fantastic. Tour and info was great and I learned a lot. Paul was very generous when it came to the beer tasting! Love the history of the olde Greene King Brewery!

My father and I went on a brewery tour last week. It was one of the best things I have done this year. Fascinating to hear about the history, the engineering and the brewing process. Robin our guide was incredible; full of knowledge, friendly and able to answer all our questions. I highly recommend these tours...thanks for an absolutely brilliant day for my Dad's 80th!

Thanks for a brilliant tour of the brewery today. We were part of two tours today from Aylsham Ex servicemens club. We had a brilliant guide named Robin, who was so knowledgeable about the brewery and brewing business. Also our other group was guided by Catherine, who also done a fantastic job. The tour included a tasting at the end, and included a free bottle of our choice beer, which was very much appreciated by us all. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time.

5 stars for the people and service. I was looking for some specific pump clips - one of the lads working there Mark overheard and then went out of his way to grab a couple of rare ones for me - absolute first class. The tour with Chris was great as well - definitely worth taking the time to see the inner workings of the brewery. The pints were also the cheapest we had in the area!

Excellent place with lovely staff. Great beers, delicious food, really good price/quality ratio. You can also order little beers (1/3) for enjoying different types of beer.Sarah was absolutely amazing and too kind! Bless her and her professionalism.I highly recommend the place.

We did not eat here but we did the brewery tour. It was full of interesting facts, the steps were not as bad as we thought and the tasting session was fun.

Whilst staying at Elevden Centre Parcs popped here for a tour. Everything about this place deserves 5 stars, The tour guide (John) so friendly and knowledgeable, the beer tasting at the end, explaining the different beers etc. Then had some food in the cafe, the staff here (Karen?) were also super friendly and the food amazing. Totally worth taking the time to come here and also Bury St Edmonds is lovely to walk around.

Free bottle to take home too ?If you’re in Bury St Edmunds get booked onto this tour… really fun and great value!

Very enjoyable tour - Paul was knowledgeable and friendly as he took us round the working museum that gives amazing views over Bury St Edmunds. The tasting afterwards was excellent and we each took a bottle away with us.I would very much recommend this for anyone visiting Bury St Edmunds.

Had a great time on the brewery tour with John. Really fascinating to hear a first hand account of Fred Dibnah removing the original steeple. Highly recommend anyone staying in the area to take the time to visit! ?Vegetarian options: I had the chance to sample the mushroom version of their award winning pie ? - it did not disappoint!

Our tours with John & Steve were absolutely fantastic! Their depth of knowledge is incredible and it was great to taste some beer and learn something at the same time. We particularly enjoyed the walking tour - Bury St Edmunds is a beautiful place and so full of history that we could have stayed wandering around all day. It was only the beer calling from the tasting room that tempted us back inside!
