There has been a chip shop here for decades. Decent food, decent variety of food, selection of drinks. I was there on one of the few days of decent weather in August 2023 and sat outside with my meal.When they saw I was sitting outside, rather than 'taking away', they were very attentive and rushed out a knife, fork, salt & vinegar to me.Excellent eat-in area and a big area to eat outside.
Decidedly average fish and chips. I asked for a large fish, large chips and large mushy peas. Apart from the fish being large, I couldn't see any difference in portion size from my wife's small chips and small mushy peas. The food wasn't particularly warm either. I will try the other fish and chip shop in Mildenhall next time.
