7 Cross St, EyeThought we'd have a previsit before we stay in Eye for the week in June. We were very impressed by the friendly welcome in a traditional pub. The food was also impressive not only by portions but quality too. The highlight being the curry. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Staying locally, order arrived even earlier than predicted, pizza was perfect, requested cold drinks in separate bag and they did (many don't care and you get a hot drink), and it was simply delicious!

2 Church St, Stradbroke, EyeGreat village pub with superb Waygu burger. Landlord is old school, sarcastic, dry and funny. The pub is warm and cozy with good background music. And the food choices and value are the best in the area. They should team up with FORC to offer dining packages on the talk nights. Loved it.

Beech Road Kebab Pizza House

Prices are good ( a big draw), the lad at the counter is always polite and friendly ( I remember him being alot younger serving and always been the same). The fact they're usually always quite busy is statement in itself reallyParking: Parking can be a bit tricky near to the building in busy timesWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible as the building is old and has step ups ( nothing they can do about this). However, they will come out to you to take your order if you get their attention or ask a customer going in to ask for them to come to you and will do so with a friendly service

Istanbul Kebab House
54 Mere St, DissWe have used this place for over 15 years and despite moving to a different area, we drive over 45 minutes to come here as despite trying others, nowhere comes close to what you get here. The quality of the food is fantastic, the taste is really great and the guys are so friendly.
We will happily continue to make the journey because we know we will never be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 Sunhouse, market place, ReephamGreat Cheeseburger and chips, really went down well, the only thing letting it down a little bit was the salad in the burger consisted of a couple of bits of lettuce and a few bits of onion. I was expecting some cucumber and tomato more like would have been in a Kebab from the same place, but hey ho it was still a very nice burger.

29 Market Pl, SwaffhamI've been eating kebabs for 35 years and have seen a slow decline in the quality of ingredients and the changing way in that most kebab takeaways now choose to maximise profits by using cheaper and cheaper meats & sauces.
I had a lamb shish kebab from these guys last night and it was like stepping back in time to the decent kebabs of yesteryear.
The meat was decent size chunks of tender lamb, perfectly cooked. The salad was fresh and had that authentic kebab house taste. The chilli sauce wasn't some sweet sickly, over-spiced rubbish out of a bottle, it was full of tomato & chilli pepper flavour with a good kick.
It was totally enjoyable!
Well done to the owner for running a decent kebab shop.

Mavery House, 6 Victoria Rd, DissJust had The Pizza Plus Special chicken and rib combo with fries. Lovely chicken, crisp and not greasy. The ribs were the best tasting I've had from anywhere. Friendly and efficient service and the overall size was too much for me and I'm not little!

Best kebab centre
4 Dogs Head St, IpswichWe ordered from this place for yhe first time a little over a week ago and we got left a lovely note with a free Greek dip to go with our hash brown (which was lovely btw!) As one of their first customers - presumably they are new or have new owners. Our food turned up in really good time and was very tasty, not greasy at all, which was refreshing. Good prices too, will definitely be ordering from there again! ?
