Had food poisoning twice from the last 2 orders.

Collected a ment to be large pizza and chips. Chips were cold and was not a large chips pizza was a 10inch hardly any cheese and no sauce they charged me £20.99 then I realised there is a sign saying collection only large pizza £11 not sure on other sizes so I asked them about it and they said they have changed the price when I said to them they need to take the sign down and I said don't lie to me the guy just looked down and didn't say anything will be reporting them to health and hygiene as they are not 5 star rating and trading standards for false advertising

Asked a simple allergen question and got a sarcastic response from the staff. The manager wasn't happy with his staff for it but unfortunately damage was done and clearly you can't trust the staff making the food.

I think it's dam disgusting as we have ordered food online and still waiting for our food and it's still not here as we ask for a delivery and we still haven't got it and they always get the order wrong and never answer the phone and never on time this place is going down hill need reporting to the council and have it shut down for good as they don't understand us that what get us angry we'll it won't happen again we won't order from them no more

Chicken kebab Absolutely disgusting . Not sure the meat is even chicken I dare not eat it .Stone cold, Kebab is full of fat/gristle, 2nd photo skin with what I assume is the ends of feathers 3rd photo one of the many lumps of fat/gristle.?

Worst kebab shop in town. Took are order at 1:30 and still no food delivered for 2 hours! The food never came despite us ringing the restaurant multiple times to be told it’s coming. I try to avoid ordering from here at the best of times as the foods always cold. Only worth it if your so drunk you can’t taste
