The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Though there's no music played here, it's a cosy cafe with an old-world feel. I personally recommend the Jaceys club sandwich or something from the breakfast menu, though I hear the burgers are really good too. The coffee pulled from the espresso machine is rich and comforting, and the tea is served as leaves in a teapot with a strainer. Try and get here early during the week as it can get quite busy. I was in Ipswich and had some time to kill as my daughter and her friend were shopping. I was looking for somewhere to sit and write and didn't want to go to a chain. This friendly spot met all my needs. Nice, efficient staff, good menu and fast service. My cappuccino was enormous with a sea of chocolate topped frothy foam sitting on top. The staff at Jacey’s are very friendly, and the service was excellent. As for the food, I had the small breakfast and a cappuccino, which were both absolutely lovely and I was so full afterwards. Would definitely come again.
