We were invited to the Crown I Stoke by Nayland for a meal . Belive me it is not a patch on the Saracens , they win hands down in every direction ! Presentation , cost , food , everything , seriously , forget The Crown . Saracens is 100 % better !
Called in on a walk with my dog. Very kind and friendly service. Bacon huffer was delicious and great value. I had mine with a nice cold drink. Will definitely make this a regular stop off and will try the yummy looking cakes and coffee...??

I liked the look of the Saracen's Head and after a medical appointment myself and my friend decided to have a little pick-me-up type of treat..Both the pub and the lovely barman were very welcoming to us...I enjoyed their beer battered cod and chips, from their Specials board and my friend chose Scampi and chips..The food was very filling and tasty..We would both highly recommend dining out here...Especially to our families and friends ? ? ?
