I've been here twice in just over a week, once with my mum and once with my partner. The first time they forgot our drinks and we had to chase them up once we were basically finished with our food. The second time (today) my boyfriend and I ordered two toasties, we have been sat here for a good half hour and still no toastie. There are plenty of staff on - two/three tables including us and so the delay in service is ridiculous - how does it take this long to make two toasties.The...read full review

Came in on a lunch break hoping for a quick light bite, prices are good but service is extremely slow. No panini's available so we're told 5inutes after ordering that we'Being one of 2 tables it really shouldn't have been a half an hour
