Good service and as expected food. Last time I went I was treated to a group of very polite policemen, one of whom loudly spoke the full name and date of birth of a recently interviewed witness over his radio whilst ordering on one of the self serve terminals. Nice one Suffolk constabulary.
We arrived and were greeted which is a first for a McDonald’s for me! It was busy in side and the service was pretty quick to be fair. Food was brought to to table and condiments were given too. The dining lady also gave our children balloons which was lovely. Did hear another customer moaning about a 5 minute wait for an apple pie but surely that’s still fast? Some people are lazy and can’t cook I guess. Overall a good experience and I will be going back.

I don't know what has happened to this branch but the last 3 times we have been the service has been ridiculously slow, food cold, chips not cooked and hard, wrong order given!!! It never used to be this bad. The staff just don't seem to care anymore.
