Subway in Queen Street, Ipswich has the friendliest staff member that I have experienced in a long time. The young woman always greets customers with a professional and cheery manner though thankfully, not over-the-top. She is also very efficient in doing her job.The sandwiches are deliciously made and I have always visited when it is quite quiet so I can easily find my favourite seat - that's just fortunate timing.I highly recommend this branch of Subway due to the superb staff...read full review
I always went there because I think the staff there is great.But just ordering a take away is not good. An hour waiting and being hanged up on calling them. What a 'not' service. I can do better with my money

Had lunch here on Sunday & very good service from the staff, plenty boards showing what you can have & what you can add for people that are new to the restaurant. Service was fast & very efficient & the staff were feiendly & very helpful. A few seats inside if you want to eat in & 2 tables outside also. The foot long I had was very tasty & hope you enjoy yours :)
