I love the products and use the larger size packs of seeds for sprinkling on salads or my breakfast then take the snack packs to work. Such a good option compared to other less healthy snacks and so tasty! Try the mega omega sprinkles on poached eggs. Delish!

Just opened my recently ordered pack of Savoury Crunch and the smell hits you straight away. A warm, complex, musky enticement to what is to come. Added some on top of a crumpet with Greek yoghurt and fruit and smiled through breakfast. These used to be called Sesame Crunch however logic prevailed as the pack also contains sunflower and pumpkin seeds along with apricot kernels and the named changed to Savoury Crunch. 10/10
