I got a bacon cardboard burger was shockingly bad the burger was a sheet of cardboard literally half a slice of bacon and the wedges were cold normally de niros was ok but unfortunately I'm not wasting money here

Best take away in Lowestoft hands down, friendly staff all ways up for a laugh even when busy, great food, when I'm unable to go in person I call up and Katie knows my order on hearing my voice she is very professional and friendly, fast delivery I would never think about going elsewhere ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food is good, can't fault it if you can get it in person. Nice and quick even when busy. I can't give 5 stars as 4 of the male workers handling the food had beards/facial hair and none of them were wearing snoods or facial hair nets. As a bearded man myself, the thought of someone else's beard hair falling into my food and it ending up in my mouth is disgusting. It's a simple fix and hopefully the next time I go to get food from there, this issue has been fixed and it is standard practice to follow food safety guidelines.

Ordered in advance for delivery, delivery time came and went, checked the order details and the delivery was marked as delayed and would now be another 20 minutes (already 10 minutes late) so total of 30 minutes late. Rang the takeaway and was told that they are very busy and then slammed the phone down on me!!I don't plan to use them again.

De Niro’s USED to be my go to place ordering at least once or twice a week, however the last few times I’ve ordered it’s been absolutely terrible. Chips are airy and salad tastes like dirty dish water. Doner meat is really fatty and cut thick, not to mention the hair I had on my most recent kabab. Unsure if they’ve changed ownership but their food standards have certainly changed over recent weeks??
