Chris and Val were the perfect hosts. Our room was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a one night stay. The breakfast was fantastic too. If we're in Lowestoft again we will definitely be visiting again.
The couple are amazing and lovely to talk to, the service was fantastic.The rooms are a nice size and come with the usual things you would get in a Travelodge or premier. Food was delicious and had a variety. It is located close to town not far from beach and just up the road to some nice picnic areas as well as having a few corner shops close by and some takeaway place too

We booked into Rosevale b & b for one night. We were met by Chris who welcomed us and he showed us to our room. The room was lovely and clean. There was shampoo, soap, toothpaste and spare razor provided. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and also what we wanted. We chose a full English which was delicious. Everything had been thought of. Chris and Val are a very nice couple who provide a warm welcome and a very good service.
