My little girl turned 9 today, has talked about nothing else all day except she wants Mcdonalds for her Birthday dinner. We've ordered for 7 people. Waited a fair amount of time only to find 3 portions of fries missing, a Big Mac missing and everything that did arrive was nasty/cold. Have tried calling multiple times but the phone just rings through. Not aiming this complaint at anyone but we're all feeling pretty let down and disappointed as well as ripped off. I'm not expecting exceptional service but if you could at least do the bare minimum and give us what we paid for...i'd be lovin it

Ordered on the Mcdonalds app at 9.38, keep tracking and eventually 2 hours pass and I hear from the uber eats driver they don't have my order and its too late for them to deliver my order anyway. I never have had good experiences at this mcdonalds, missing food items / cold food etc. They never answer the phone, just terrible service.

Been here twice now about a month apart similar times around 11ish, both times I've ordered in and been the only one ordering in. Should be called slow food. As I was standing there for a good 10 mins. Some staff ordered their food and got theirs straight away. Blonde girl packing the food up, looked like she was falling asleep standing there. Staff in general have a not very motivational attitude in here. Saw my food being put out under the heat lamps and it sat there for more less 10mins. While sitting in here two customers had the wrong order. One male had something wrong with his burger the lady took it away then left him waiting for 10mins before he had to ask them where was his new burger. Another male I saw waiting for his food at the park and order. He ended up coming into the restaurant to get his food as it was taking so long. This McDonald's stands out from the rest in being so slow.

We ordered 2 meals earlier this evening and when delivered they forgot to put chips in the bag. Still hungry a few hours later i drove to the restaurant for 2 apple pies. I was asked to wait in the bay, so i did. 15 mins passed and nothing. So i drove around the drive thru again wondering what could possibly be taking so long considering they were dead due to it being 10pm. They had forgot and then i had to wait a further few minites for them to cook the apple pies. All in all the staff at the pakefield restaurant are an absolute shambles. We are always having issues with missing items from there.

Usually really good but unfortunately today service was shockingly slow around 15 minutes plus waiting for food.Seemed short-staffed, and children's entertainments all faulty or dead.Parking: Difficult for larger vehiclesKid-friendliness: Unfortunately kids entertainment slow,faulty, or broken

Ordered via just eat and when ordering a 6ps nugget meal I do actually expect to get the damn nuggets with it! And what is the point on paying for bbq sauces when every order, they're missed off! Now all my daughter has had is fries and the world's most beat up cheeseburger!

Popped through the drive through for a Latte and at the serving window got asked to move to the next window to wait for a simple hot drink. Finally got served fifteen minutes later. When I asked why it took 15mins to get served I was told they are short staffed. Still managed to serve the 25Plus cars behind me though. An absolute joke of an establishment.

Leisure Way Been twice both time got order Wrong!!! Check meals before you leave or you might be disappointed. More training is needed in how to read the screens let’s face it it’s not rock science!!!

Not very happy. I ordered some McFlurrys and a regular strawberry shake. The cup for the shake was hardly half full. I asked the McDonald’s member of staff if that’s all there is in a regular shake and he said yes. When I got home and checked it should be 400 ml but it wasn’t even filled to around the 300 ml mark
