Ordered a delivery Keema Nan turned up as a plain/garlic Nan the rest of the food was disappointing but to be honest when I called to explain about the Nan I was asked if I knew what a keema was i said I did I was spoken to like I was stupid I said I wouldn’t order from them again and was told a replacement Nan was on the way . I was called back by a mobile number and told as I said I wouldn’t order from them again I wouldn’t get a replacement as they believed their chef over me. Earlier I wasn’t going to mention the tough Lamb or the minuscule amount of King prawns in the king Prawn biriani but after the way I was spoke to its only fair unfortunately I can’t post with zero stars

What a disappointment, watery flavourless vegetable korma, with dry overcooked rice. Manager refused to refund, unless I take back, as his driver too busy:(

Best Indian in Lowestoft by far, I’d even say it’s the best I’ve ever had!!! The people there are so lovely and friendly too, it’s always nice going in there for collection. The meat is excellent quality, the vegetables and sauces are full of flavour and it’s all steaming hot!! Wonderful portion sizes and an impressive selection of dishes to choose from too. Literally cannot fault these guys!

Oh dear, very disappointing! Was basically just seasoned chicken. I apparently had chicken Ceylon but could have been literally anything. My wife asked for chicken tikka main but was just bbq’d flavoured chicken with hot dog style onions. Far better Indian takeaways in Lowestoft.

I thought to try Saag aaloo(potato) and Garlic Naan and was very disappointed about the food.As you can see in the picture in saag aaloo,No saag only aaloo(potato) and naan was very small.Crown Lounge is far better then this good quantity and taste.

Easy to order delivery online. Food arrived promptly and nice and hot. Good portion sizes and very fresh. Staff were very helpful cancelling a duplicate order through Just Eat and money back in bank account within minutes.
This take away was recommended to me having ‘lost’ out take away in Southwold. I am astonished at the reviews that I have read! We ordered our meal online last night. A simple procedure, although our choice of Brinjal Bajhi was unavailable. The restaurant telephoned me immediately to ask what we would like to replace it. Our meal of Chicken Makhani and Special Jalfrezi plus rice, Nan etc was superb - tasty, hot to bring home, well presented and certainly more than enough for two hungry adults. Reading the reviews I can only assume those reviewers were unlucky or incredibly picky. We have lived in Leicester and near the ‘Curry Mile’ in Manchester and believe that the Tandoori Pakefield would stand creditably against any establishment in those areas. We will certainly order again and, I’m sure, enjoy a great meal.

Ordered chicken dopiaza and extras the chicken was so dry we had to use a steak knife to cut it but unable to chew it so went in bin the small 5 cubes of chicken for 6.50 contacted take away and the rudest lady I have ever spoke to from a takeaway told me they always use this chicken there is nothing wrong with it I am threatening her because my chicken is unedible do not use this place they have no customer care and dish up rotten food with no care i have a video of how dry the chicken was
