We booked into Rosevale b & b for one night. We were met by Chris who welcomed us and he showed us to our room. The room was lovely and clean. There was shampoo, soap, toothpaste and spare razor provided. We were asked what time we would like breakfast and also what we wanted. We chose a full English which was delicious. Everything had been thought of. Chris and Val are a very nice couple who provide a warm welcome and a very good service.

The couple are amazing and lovely to talk to, the service was fantastic.The rooms are a nice size and come with the usual things you would get in a Travelodge or premier. Food was delicious and had a variety. It is located close to town not far from beach and just up the road to some nice picnic areas as well as having a few corner shops close by and some takeaway place too

The first thing I'd say is don't be put off when you arrive - no-one is responsible for the state of the neighbours property. On arrival, the proprietors Chris & Val were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were what you would expect from an English B&B, whether you just wanted cereals or fruit, or a Full English. We usually informed Chris the previous evening of what we would prefer the following morning, full breakfast or eggs on toast, even hot milk for the Weetabix. Nothing was too much trouble. The room consisted of 2 single beds, put together to make a large double, with en-suite shower room. Items in the en-suite would rival the large hotels - hand-soap, shower gel, tooth-paste, toothbrush in packaging, disposable razor (which was fortunate as that was the one thing I'd forgotten to pack). The bed-room had TV, kettle (with tea, coffee, sugar, milk) and hair-dryer, plenty of drawer and hanging space. We were there for a week and everyday when we arrived back, there were clean towels and a chocolate each, awaiting us. Off-road parking and being off the beaten-track meant that we got some really good walking time in. But, being Lowestoft, nowhere can be described as 'hilly', especially by some-one who lives near the Peak District! The only negative (& this is being really picky) would be that darker curtains would allow less sunlight into the room very early morning. Thanks for helping make our weeks holiday enjoyable.

I Stayed for 3 weeks and found Chris & Val very friendly and more than helpful. The room was spotless and kept that way. Val even offered to do my washing for me.Breakfast was more than ample. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Rosevale B&B to anyone who wanted somewhere to stay in Lowestoft.

I just stayed one night at Rosevale but would definitely stay again. Lovely comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom had a good shower. All toiletries you would ever need are supplied. Lots of storage for clothes if you are staying longer it really is the hospitality of Chris and Val that makes Rosevale so special, nothing is too much trouble for them. I opted for a light breakfast as I had a late dinner but will definitely try the the full English next time.
