A good sized room with a soft double bed deep bath and decent shower. Didn't try the evening meals, but the breakfasts were lovely - they even have marmite! Usually stay in alternative hotels when I come to Lowestoft, but I'm so glad that I found this one. I'll definitely be back.
Lovely clean hotel, pleasant staff and excellent situation. Would definitely visit again. Recommend going for a sea view as it is well worth it, along with the sounds of the sea. Also an excellent bacon sandwich for breakfast!

Friendly service and staff, Clean and comfortable rooms, recent refurb, seaview was great, location for the beach brilliant, parking ok even when a wedding reception was going on. Great value for money for a single room with breakfast.
