A good sized room with a soft double bed deep bath and decent shower. Didn't try the evening meals, but the breakfasts were lovely - they even have marmite! Usually stay in alternative hotels when I come to Lowestoft, but I'm so glad that I found this one. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely clean hotel, pleasant staff and excellent situation. Would definitely visit again. Recommend going for a sea view as it is well worth it, along with the sounds of the sea. Also an excellent bacon sandwich for breakfast!

Nicely appointed room, comfortable bed, very helpful staff. Located within an easy stroll of the town centre. Playgrounds for kids nearby and some nice shops en route to the town centre. Biking, swimming and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the location and the tasty breakfast will help to set any guest up for the day.

We had a great two day break the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We eat in the restaurant both nights and the food was superb. Our room was also exceptional we would definitely recommend this hotel

Only a one night stay to visit friends in the area. I only booked a single room which was fine, no view but very little time spent in the room so that was as expected. View from the hotel restaurant over the beach was lovely. Welcomed warmly by reception. Meals take were dinner with friends, breakfast and high sea for lunch. Food was all excellent and well presented. Restaurant and bar service was excellent from all staff. Much above some other places visited on the same trip. Would happily visit again!

This hotel couldn't be in a better location. We had a lovely room with a sea view and small balcony which was very clean, decorated to a high standard with lovely bathroom, cleaned and fully stocked every day. The restaurant was lovely, decoration really nice and good menu. All the staff, from the restaurant, bar, reception and room staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcome. We liked it so much we have already booked for next year.

having arrived at the hotel having just tripped up outside the hotel and covered in blood in my wedding suit. my new bride also covered in my blood, No help or assistance was offered, no offers for even tissues to help. we where treated terrible with no concern about our well being what so ever. the room was not as clean as it should have been and No effort was made to the room taking into account we booked it for a honeymoon suite, turned out to be a over priced nightmare.

Had a superb 3 course Father's day lunch today at the Victoria today, great food and great service in beautiful surroundings. I can highly recommend the Hotel for Sunday lunch and evening meal, as we've been a few times now and have been impressed every time.?

Right by the sea, location cannot be bettered, lovely to open the windows onto the sea. The staff were amazing.. especially Joseph, but all were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe was breakfast.. it was dire. Poor selection of continental offerings and the cooked breakfast was poor with overdone poached egg. And dried fish. All the other meals were perfect though. Would I stay again .. Yes !!
