Brilliant pizza staff excellent help only had cash on me and one member of staff paid for it on his phone and apologised for only taking card.We were sitting on the bench in the waiting area and the food was actually brang to us instead of being handed over the counter great value for money brilliant staff 5/5 100%

Best pizza shop in our area always accurate delivery time and they have too many options for vegan stuff.
Won't be ordering from here anymore. Food took 90 minutes to arrive this time, which is pretty standard for them, but today when it arrived it was cold and soggy. The tracker lies about when the food is delivered, and don't bother calling as they also lie to you, saying it's out for delivery when it's not. The final straw was spending 30 minutes on the phone trying to give the driver directions to my door. Despite sharing my location on WhatsApp and sending him pictures of my location, he couldn't manage driving in a straight line for 2 minutes. In the end I had to run down the road to meet him. We spoke to the manager over the phone, who didn't seem bothered at all by it.

Like many others, have waited nearly two hours for our order.I tried calling twice, it rang and rang with nobody answering. The online order tracker said it was being prepared and hadn't gone into the oven for almost an hour, and then switched to baking and cutting and boxing for another 30 minutes and finally said it was delivered to us just after the 1.5 hour mark... But we have no pizza.My husband calls (his number not the one on the order) and what do you know? They answer right away ?She says the driver is on their way and we'll have our order in 3-4 minutes.The order did arrive within 10 minutes, but I'm pretty sure it was the same person delivering who was on the phone..

Ordered pizza for my wife, kids and myself at 5.21 rang at 6.29 was told would be delivered within 10 minutes food didn't turn up until 6.53 an it was virtually Cold,I tried to cancel it an get a refund at about 6.47 an was told you can't as it had left on delivery,an I'd have to email head office, lesson to all read reviews,pops John's you will never get a penny of my money again
