Wish I had read the reviews... Order our pizzas at 8.30, it's now 22.00 and no sign of them, no one picks up the phones, app says it's delivered. Just anticipating a dried up piece of bread when it eventually arrives.. So expensive too when you consider a good quality supermarket pizza is a fiver at the most. Thought this would be a treat, it's a shambles.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited well over an hour on a Wednesday night!!! Tracker said it was delivered yet no pizza in site, when we rung up about the fact it said it had been delivered they said oh the tracker doesn’t update then quickly changed their tune stating it left “3 minutes ago”. Long waits, awful customer service??

Ordered a pizza its been an hour and 20 minutes and it just got put in the oven according to the individual on the phone. This isn't the first time this has happened it normally close to two hour wait. Honestly you're better off ordering from dominos as they delivered within 45 minutes or some other place that sells pizza on the high street. Anything will be better that papa johns.
