The toilets were clean, there was a good choice of food to go and you made the coffee and tea yourself. The best thing about the place was the staff, the guy was friendly who took my money but I was most impressed by the lady who was doing the price reductions on the sandwiches. She stopped what she was doing and moved away to give me plenty of space to choose my sandwich and she too was polite and friendly. But when 10 minutes later I realised we'd left a precious cuddly toy behind, there he was on her trolley. She'd seen him on the floor and kept him safe. How lovely and thoughtful of her and we continued our journey satisfied. I certainly will call on here again rather than the McDonald's at 5 ways roundabout 15 to 20 minutes away. This place is much faster and more choice of healthy snacks and food.

28th June 2020 at 3am two staff a male and female both were extremely rude! Not professional and thought it would be a laugh to laugh at as needing to use the bathroom, but told us no we couldn’t use it. What’s the point in being a service station?! Sort the staff out. I won’t be using this BP again.
