“We were quite late for lunch and the pub was quite busy but they found a table for us and looked after us really well. The menu was varied and there was a specials board with more choices. Three of us had dressed crab and 1 person had their burger. The meals were excellent. The pub is dog friendly so you can sit inside or out. Snape Maltings, which the pub fronts, is also worth a visit and you can walk along the river.”

“Chinese food here is great. We got a take away with a lots of dishes. The standouts for us were The sweet n sour prawn balls, they were amazing, they’re not too bready. The Satay sauce is proper tasty. I use to live in Hong Kong and it’s very difficult to find proper special fried rice in this country, it’s normally dark and soaked in soy sauce and it shouldn’t be. This place does it right. YUM!”
“Ate dinner here with some Darsham locals - was so pleasantly surprised by quality of food, atmosphere and general location of pub and interior. Will definitely return when we visit our family again in the village (and as husband wants to try the pork belly he eyed jealously on my plate). Good food at affordable prices in a pub is relatively rare these days - but the Fox has nailed it.”
