“So booked last minute as we didn’t want to eat at the hotel we was staying and just wow from the warm welcome when we went in to the lovely service throughout the meal all served with cocktails (would totally recommend French martini) if we are ever around again would totally go back ! “Vegan Roast & Vegan DessertThis was honestly the best roast I’ve ever had in a pub, even before we were vegan! The Wellington was lovely and moist, the veg were perfect, and the gravy was lovely! “Best Pub in SuffolkMy favourite establishment of all time. Food is amazing and cheap and almost no wait time. The owners (Matt and Amy) are almost always there and are super friendly. They allow local kids to work there on holidays and treat them like an actual employee. Bar area is lovely and cosy. Every Sunday in the summer, they host a “Frog Box.” It’s essentially a raffle but all the profits go into the next one. I come here almost every night when I’m here to enjoy the drinks and have a nice chat.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menuDietary restrictions: Gluten free options for everything!Parking: Easy parking right around the corner. Never is fullKid-friendliness: Kids menu, and lots of fun activities to do in the grassy area behind the white horse (if you sit outside you can see your kids)Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, so is wheelchair friendly.”
