Good beer and food. Quiet village location. Dog friendly and tidy too. The snug room was really 'snug', not really ideal for 6 ft plus, I'll book a bigger one next time!

Venison ragu needed to be sent back as it was lukewarm. Flavours however were excellent.I was given the incorrect dessert menu and then waited far too long to place my order .The marmalade bread & butter pudding was lovely when it eventually arrived .I certainly objected to the10% service charge being added automatically, though normally as a matter of course would have no hesitation in adding .Pleased to say that the lady in charge apologised and altered my bill accordingly.Nearby activities: National Trust Dunwich Heath , RSPB Minsmere , Southwold andso much more !

We were not happy with the wait to be served in the dining room on the evening of our stay. We waited an hour from the time we entered the dining room till our dinner was served. However, Vanessa the waitress/server was very apologetic and sorted the delay as quickly as possible. We were not charged for our main course.

Fabulous small hotel with great bar area and dining room. Our bedroom Swan was spacious, beautifully furnished and quiet. Everything about this hotel is just as you would hope for but what really distinguishes it is the welcoming, friendly and charming staff which creates such a lovely atmosphere.

All the staff were very helpful. Our disabled room was perfect for my husband. Food was delicious (both dinner & breakfast). Very dog friendly (though poo bins needed to be emptied!)

Service was exceptional, very polite and attentive. Food was very nice. Overall everyone in my party were very Happy.
Lovely pub with rooms - quaint restaurant and bar area with great bar food options and breakfast service. The room itself was delightful and the bed was extremely comfortable - thought the personalised welcome message was a lovely touch too!

Booked the better king room. Once checked in Got shown to the complete wrong room (good king) (we also knew this wasn’t the correct one due to the letter by the coffee station saying welcome “Colin” when neither mine or partners name is Colin. Then when I went to go and ask for the room we originally booked. Which I payed about £50 more for then the one they sent us too he then took us to a different room which wasn’t the one we booked again. But gave up as clearly they didn’t know what they were doing. Room was still nice but not the one we payed more money for. Bed was comfy and room service was great. Breakfast in morning was lovely and so was the lady serving us.

We have just arrived home following the most incredible stay at the Westleton Crown! The room and whole place was beautiful, the location idyllic and the staff so welcoming and friendly. Also topped off with the most incredible meal. We can't wait to come back for our next break! Would thoroughly recommend!
