Excellent mocha. The chocolate part of a mocha is often what lets it down. Not here where it was clear why it was award winning.

Super tasty home made ice cream, tastes 100% natural, must try the Victoria plum flavour!! We also had the hot chocolate, best I’ve ever had!!! Must have it with cream, def no regret!!

Amazing ice cream! A big bonus for us was that it was suitable for our nut-allergic son, who almost never gets this sort of ice cream treat. The lady was very knowledgeable about her ingredients as it’s homemade, and made sure she got a fresh scoop for him too. He declared it the best ice cream ever! The coffee was also delicious, piping hot & served in beautiful eco-friendly cups with different designs. Highly recommend and not just for the summer, the hot chocolate looked amazing too and there was a lovely selection of gifts in the shop.

Lovely ice cream with sumptuous & punchy flavour. Salted caramel was my favourite.Shop itself was small and had limited flavours on offer during our visit but what flavours there were converted a range of tastes so probably something for everyone.Limited indoor seating available but there are two benches outside that are a great place to sit and savour ice cream on a nice day.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Recommended.

Lovely lady behind the counter serving I wish I had asked for her name as she was so welcoming and genuinely friendly not just customer service friendly if you know what I mean ?We tried multiple ice cream but the banana and toffee was sensational honestly one of the best ice creams I've ever had. Fresh banana too what an experience! And I got a free scoop for my birthday too which was so lovely ? we'll be back!

A long overdue review of The Parlour. The ice cream is delicious and handmade by the owner. The shop also sells a great selection of kitchen gifts - mugs, jugs, tea towels, table cloths, oven gloves etc. many of which have been sourced locally.

Perfect ice cream stop in the perfect village of Lavenham. Excellent ice cream - rhubarb and particularly the stem ginger was absolutely divine. I’ll be thinking of it for months. Very cute shop with lots of kitchen ware, mugs etc. Friendly service and price not bad. This is a must whilst visiting Lavenham.

Revisiting the Parlour was one of the things we were most looking forward to about our recent stay in Lavenham! A really lovely selection of ice creams and very reasonably priced. The lady who served us also shared some helpful local knowledge about events taking place over the weekend too which was lovely. Can’t wait to visit again!

Just had a WONDERFUL visit to The Parlour in beautiful Lavenham. We'd been several times before but now it is even better with locally produced chocolates and bars, cards and crockery. The ice cream was nothing less than sublime. We were agreed that the stem ginger ice cream was the finest that we had ever enjoyed. We then had takeaway flat whites which were of the highest order of merit. The lady was very pleasant and offered us a loyalty card which we gladly accepted as we shall certainly return soon. A highly recommended highlight of Lavenham. Enjoy!

The Parlour is fantastic, a lovely relaxing space. It is the only time I've ever been asked how strong I'd like my hot chocolate! And the resulting drink was seriously good. There are also lots of quality ceramics, greetings cards etc to buy. The owner is a delight too!
