Visited for lunch with our two greyhounds. Friendly and attentive service and tasty food. We had booked and the thoughtful waitress had reserved the window table so both we and our dogs had lots of room. The tapas type menu is a welcome change to most lunchtime fare and it’s reasonably priced. We, and our hounds, had a lovely time.
Friends have recently moved near to Lavenham, so seven of us, travelled from Essex for lunch. Our friends had recently been to The Greyhound and had highly recommended it. Our table was booked for 2pm, so we all met in the bar. There's a small bar area at the front of the restaurant and more relaxed tables. Did not realise it was similar to tapas, which was a nice surprise. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't realise that dog's were allowed. Most were well behaved but one dog, belonging to a local was barking a lot which spoiled the evening.
