My 94 year old mother had a craving for Rock and Chips. This is her local so I bought her the Rock and I had cod. Plus a portion of chips.Everything about the experience was close to perfect. Lovely couple (and their dinosaur hat wearing young son) cooked and served the food. When I got it to my mother it was really very very good. A friend recommended the haddock and chips… awesome! Generous portions of both. The batter was crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the fish firm, moist and flaky. The staff was friendly and even gave our entire party canned sodas on the house. A must stop when in the area.
