The customer toilet is upstairs…ok, so they have a lift, but the stairs up to the toilets are often blocked (deliberately) by a trolley. I guess it’s to stop people using the seating upstairs to ease cleaning etc…however, why didn’t they have a toilet downstairs. Design fault!
Arrived early for an appointment nearby and felt the call of nature. I went in to check out the service. Low and behold a sign board identified the " Waterworks". A very neat and hygienic environment welcoming me and relieving my tension below. Very pleasant staff and food too. Great place.

Please read! A clever scam ! Use the automatic order machine carefully. Girl standing behind us was recording our order and our table service number. Then her mates went to the waiting line and said we need our order for table*** our dad is really ill! It was our order. McD replaced it but interesting the receipt wouldn't print but I had the receipt on my phone! Staff are always helpful and very kind
