I have to leave these guys a 5 star rating for our meal tonight at the cricketers in bagshot! My youngest son has severe allergies and eating out is very stressful and difficult for us. He never has much choice on the menu but tonight he had a few options and it was so refreshing. The staff were very attentive, making sure we had freshly washed and sanitised cutlery (so there was 100% no chance of cross contamination). We visited the Cricketers for an early evening dinner and had a warm, friendly greeting. They were not too busy and are drinks and food order was taken quite promptly. The food was good as we have come to appreciate at this Beefeater. Karen, our server was particularly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After being told we couldn’t eat only drinks, Mo went above and beyond to make sure we had food and was very attentive. From what we could see Mo is a great member of staff, constantly attending to people and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very welcoming and made us feel very at home and relaxed. Thank you Mo for making our evening with two young children enjoyable
