I am reviewing the pub, not the hotel.- The food quality has gone way down.- We ordered a scotch egg and a burger.- Scotch egg was served luke-warm and soggy.- Fries soggy too and the meat in the burger was half burned.Unfortunately I have to say that staff members are not attentive. I had to ask for empty plates and glasses to be removed when the food was served. Isn't it obvious that I don't want an empty plate with two packs of empty crisps on a small table? Also - altough the pub was half empty, tables near to us weren't cleaned or empties removed in the nearly 1.5 hrs we spent there.Couple sitting near to us sent the food back and asked for reimbursement, which was promptly granted. We did not go that far - but maybe, in hindsight, we should have....

Lovely rooms, lovely views.Food good but beer very expensive.Biggest issue I had was with thr TV (getting it to work and limited channels)Staff very helpful and polite.

Rooms modern and clean (surely all hotels should have wooden / laminate floors by now?) though I was given a disabled person's room where the bathroom mirror is set too low for me anyway; but no big deal really.Food was ok, if slightly bizzare menu. Poached egg on a fishcake with a tiny portion of samphire, so about 1/10th of your 5 a day!

Beautiful spot by the river and convenient for me to access Woking for work. Service throughout the stay was amazing but genuine and not in anyway feeling false or robitic like large chains often can. Room was lovely and well equipped.

What a lovely Hotel, pub and restaurant. Right on the river with glorious views, the decking and outdoor eating areas are superb. The staff were all friendly, Felix was particularly attentive, both behind the bar and serving, job well done ???The rooms are good and there's secure parking. The location is great to be able to spend time on the River, close to Heathrow or even head into town proper.Rooms: Well appointed, clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: On the River Thames with all the river activities there's always something to do, or simply walk along the banks.Golf club nearby.Near to Heathrow. Not far into London proper.Food & drinks: Good food and service, lots of great places to sit with amazing views.

My husband and I ate here on Sunday 18 FebI had the Sunday roast and chose shoulder of lamb. For a starter I chose smoked salmon which was absolutely delicious. Sadly the main course was very disappointing. The lamb was just a thick slab of meat on the plate bearing no resemblance to lamb and looking extremely unappetising. It proved on eating to have a stringy texture and hardly any identifiable taste of lamb. I left most of jt. The vegetables on the other hand were fine. Such a disappointment. This plate was priced at £23.00 If we come back I would choose a different dish probably the sausage and mash having had this before and was delicious.

I recently visited The Bridge pub and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The pub, known for its fancy design and ambiance, failed to deliver on the promise of quality. One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the food. Not only was it served cold, but when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, it was completely disregarded. The lack of acknowledgment regarding the mistake was disheartening and reflected poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction.Furthermore, the service team's response was far from helpful. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resorted to defensive and accusatory behavior. In particular, the manager, T, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by labeling my complaint as fraudulent. It's truly disheartening when a pub prioritizes fancy aesthetics over delivering quality food and exemplary service. The disregard for customer feedback and the unwillingness to rectify mistakes only serve to diminish the pub's reputation. In conclusion, my experience at The Bridge Pub was marred by cold food, unacknowledged mistakes, and unhelpful service. I would caution others against dining at this establishment until significant improvements are made in both the quality of food and the professionalism of the staff.
