Recently refurbished and well appointed, stylish rooms. Great showers in the en-suites as well. It has Youngs branded towels! The food in the pub is tasty, if slightly pricey. Breakfast being a particular highlight. Freshly cooked rather than a buffet creates a pleasing elevated experience. This pub is a short walk from the town centre, with many amenities. Rooms fine, service at Reception very good. View from our room across the River Thames beautiful!The TV system is the same as in other rooms we have used here - not good at all. Difficult to turn on and difficult to even turn off!
I stay in hotels for work every week and The Bridge is my favourite. The quality of the rooms is high with a muted oppulant decor. Beds are comfy and and the rooms have Aircon. The quality of the breakfast is great as is the bar menu. The price of the hotel is similar to a Premier Inn but the value and experience at The Bridge is so much better that I'm prepared to drive 40 minutes to stay here rather than a hotel close to my place of work.
