3 Rooms Indian restaurant

Requested a table for 2 on a Tuesday night at 7pm via google chat and was told within about 15 minutes that they would see us then. That didn’t mean the restaurants wasn’t busy and there’s a reason why it’s popular and won a National Curry award for 2024. The food was lovely - Poppadoms were great with a well made, fresh selection of chutneys. I also ordered “railway chicken” which had a bit of what I thought was real mango in a caramelised onion sauce. This dish is said to be served on first class train carriages in India. It wasn’t greasy and neither was the okra side dish. The Peshawari Naan was good and as stated atmosphere and service lovely and too. The rest of the menu looked interesting with good variety too. Highly recommend!Parking: You can park in a nearby car park or on the street (perhaps 3 mins walk away).

Old School Cafe

Gem of a cafe in a nice location not far from Chobham Common and open seven days. Great stop after a walk. Very clean and modern with a cool retro ambience. Excellent cafe menu and friendly, efficient service but a quick hot chocolate stop only, burgers next time.Way better than Costa or Starbucks! . Has some sofa type chairs with the normal type. Clean toilets and easy parking.

Kingfisher Chertsey

good parking. Friendly greeting and shown to table Smiling and curteous staff . Good menu choice. Three meat roast was superb . The crumble was to die for and no problem when I asked for ice cream AND custard. Staff very attentive. Such a good venue and although busy nothing was too much trouble.

Twynersh

Although on arrival (24th March) there was hardly any food on the menu, what we did have was lovely no complaints with any of our meals. The manager on shift was great , advised us part of our meals would be a few minutes behind (about 5 or 10mins late out) , he had alot going wrong but kept himself together. The ginger bar man could do with a little customer service training however, (was taking our orders leaning on the bar as if he was about to drop down it), literally pulling on his hair and huffed in great pain when I told him on paying that I had a voucher to use! Sorry not sorry! Overall another good meal will be back

Chertsey Cafe

Very kind people! I had tuna panini very nice but most places would have put a small portion of mixed salad just as a garnish, I had a decaf cappuccino in a large mug which was very good ?

Easily one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve eaten at. Lovely staff, lovely clean atmosphere and scrumptious, tender and flavourful food. 10/10 would recommendVegetarian options: Lovely vegetable curries

Popped in for lunch whilst in the area. Friendly welcome, and very helpful.Food was amazing. Great portions, tasted lovely. Chilli chicken curry was delicious. Harry's Fish Bar

Had an amazing meal! I could not believe the size of the large cod - literally the biggest I had ever eaten. The large chips would have fed 3-4 people. All the food was tasty and hot and the delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly. Thank you to Harry's Chertsey. Will definately be back.

Burger King

Ahhh when you find a Burger King to eat at, you know you’re good to go. The venue was very clean, the food was amazing as always and the staff are very friendly, professional and quick with your food. A big shout out to Sageenthan, he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable with his job. The whole team is great and I would 100% be going back to eat there whenever I go back to Thorpe Park. ???????? . Completes a fantastic day out with the family.

The Fox Dining Rooms

Anniversary dinner...fantastic restaurant with loads of ambience and terrific food and service. We went with leek and potato soup, cod cheeks and halibut for starters and the beef cheeks fir the main course. All were cooked to perfection. The strawberry panacotta for dessert caped a great meal. The price is what you'd expect for an upmarket restaurant..£200 for 3 starters, 3 mains, a dessert, a bottle of wine and one cocktail. Definitely recommend if in the area.

Runnymede catering

I recently came to know of this place serving south indian cuisine and was surprised. Honestly, we have gone past this small cafe many times before and most of the times it would be closed; so we didn’t bother much. I visited along with my family last weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the chef/staff and also the taste of the food. We had a dosa, vada and also took away biriyani to have it later at home. All of it was simply amazing and tasted brilliant. Even better than some of those fancy Indian restaurants that we have been to before. And they are now open everyday from morning until very late in the evening. So, this has become our “go to” restaurant for both dining in and taking away (we live like a 5 min walk from the gogmore park). This is right in the middle of the gogmore farm park next to the basketball court. They have a few tables outside under a shade and we prefer dining there when the weather is a bit decent. The prices are very nominal too, you can have a good meal for just a fiver. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you like the south indian cuisine!

Simpsons Chicken

Been using Simpsons Chicken of Chertsey for about 20 yrs now and they are very consistent. Food is absolutely delicious. Chicken is perfect , fries are perfect, lots of side dishes etc, free bottle Pepsi with family meals. Chicken is awesome as cold leftovers to. Very quick and polite service. Highly recommend as opposed to greasy KFC . The Chicken burger is fantastic . If your in the local or surrounding areas give it a go, you will not be disappointed. I always pick up fresh from the shop as I do not trust trust the likes of Uber eats and deliveroo etc delivering my food cold.

Subway

Visited today for a foot long . The store was clean and tidy and the chap who made my roll was a pleasure to deal with . One of the best made subs I've had In a long time was . Would definitely recommend a visit to the Chertsey subway . 10/10

The Castle Inn

Booked on a whim as we wanted a Sunday roast. Have driven past multiple times and thought we should try it. The beef roast was lovely. Just the right amount of food. Being honest the pub was very quiet on arrival but this proved to be to our benefit. We ordered the food and it was with us in about 10 minutes. The beef was clearly from a decent sized piece as the pieces we received were a good size and plenty of it. Service was also good from the bar staff and the chef popped out to check all was good with our food. We will certainly be coming back.

Bengal Dynasty Fine Indian Cuisine

Best Vindaloo iv had in a long time. I really cannot fault this food from the starters to the main to the sides, absolutely delicious. I have vindaloo, dansak and jalfrezy, and can recommend all 3. Can't comment on other dishes as I haven't tried. If your favourite is not on the menu they will still prepare for you. Consistently nice and tastes even better the next day as the spices have had a chance to marinade. Looking 4wd to my next takeaway.

Super Grill

im 45 years old and am a takeaway expert having takeaways 5 times a week.... The hulk burger is by far without a shadow of doubt the best burger i have ever eaten always cooked to perfection.. Always arrives piping hot.. Very polite drivers.... 11/10 ***** 5

Pizza Express

24/10/23 - My family and I stopped here on our way home from Thorpe Park for dinner. The manager and his staff were super accommodating and although the restaurant was almost closing, we received a 5 star experience. We ordered two margarita pizzas, a garlic prawn pizza and dough balls and they were made within 10-15 mins!! Presentation and taste was superb and we felt really welcomed and comfortable. The perfect end to the day! Would defo recommend.

Jack Sparrow Bar

Wow !! Such a nice and clean bar with beautiful garden !! Sky and BT sports . people are so friendly.Any pint of beer with chicken burger & chips is only £8.99 !! Food is very delicious. Awesome ???

A cosy, unspoilt pub serving real ale and competitively priced food! The owners are very friendly too.This was our first visit in which we stopped by for lunch during the Christmas break, but we look forward to returning for dinner in the very near future!

Super Pizza

The pizza was a good size and the quality was good.The crust was crispy and the toppings were generous. The cheese was melted and gooey, and the sauce was flavourful.Overall, I was happy with the pizza.

Dragon Wok - Chinese Takeaway

Outstanding as always highly appreciated And recommend if yr looking for hot and outstanding food dragon wok is the place to eat used for 8 yrs now no other Chinese comes close
