Don’t waste your money, the sweet and sour chicken with rice and a portion with noodle was yuck this is quite expensive and it was unpalatable.

Genuinely unpalatable - I wouldn’t feed this to farm animals. The gyoza were cold and flavourless. Then the teriyaki, oh my god. The sauce was just congealed gunk. I have no idea what the meat was but it was like rubber. The carrots in the teriyaki looked like they’d been boiled a week ago. Couldn’t even eat it and put it in the bin.

Had sesame chicken noodle and sticky rice.Being a service area hopes were only medium but was pleasantly surprised. The food was awesome, and my fussy daughter liked the noodles too which is nice to see rather than chicken nuggets. She even tried the chicken and liked it as well ?. Would recommend.

I ordered a sweet and sour chicken and there was very little chicken in it. It wasn’t very flavoursome and was no better than something knocked up at home. I won’t be coming back.

Got some gyoza for myself and my wife 2 different varieties. Food was average but wasn't expecting reheat gyoza to be the best ever. The service.was terrible and had to beg for chopsticks. Who is eating gyoza with forks?

Their food gave me food poisoning, the line was in shambles, the service was ghastly at best. It was an appalling experience and I am sure to never return. The worst food I have ever had, I encourage you to stay far away!

A year ago I tried it and it was tasty, not overly expensive, quick and nice service.This time though the ladies working they're were so unwelcoming and bored that I didn't really want to buy anything there.
The spicy veggie udon noodle soup was disgusting. Not spicy but very sweet and tomatoey. The noodles were all stuck together at the bottom. Won’t be eating here again.Vegetarian options: Bad

I bought seaweed along with some chicken buns at Cobham extra services just before closing time. I was staying at the Ramada hotel next door so I took the seaweed back to eat in my room. When I went to eat the seaweed it smelt off and the cucumbers were turning yellow. It literally stunk our room out the whole night as well. I took the seaweed back to the shop this morning when I checked out from the hotel. The rude woman pointed at the date saying it’s expired yesterday and there’s nothing she’s going to do. She said seaweed just smells like that but I can let you know it doesn’t and I have had plenty of seaweed from different places. No apologies but instead looked at me like I took something back a week later. Why did they even sell me something that was expiring as soon as I bought it? I left the food with them there and wasted £3 for a gone off seaweed. I would be more understanding if she wasn’t so rude and more apologetic saying there’s nothing she can do but she acted like I’m causing a problem for no reason. I won’t be in a rush to return any time soon. Very rude and disappointing service.

Food looks really good, but they dont accept cash, which is a big inconvenience and it could be the same for many tourists who sometimes only have foreign cash, as their cards might not work abroad.
