Really lovely pub, although it's so much more than that. The decor is really lovely, staff are excellent and the food is delicious. Honestly, can't recommend enough and am already looking forward to going back.Parking: Parking can be a bit tricky so if you can limit the number of cars for a large group, I'd definitely recommend it.

We were a group of 9 including 3 young kids and enjoyed the private room ‘the Snug’. We had visitors from abroad and the room gave a nice example of a cosy and family friendly pub atmosphere.The food was excellent - I had the Sunday roast with beef while my wife had the pork roast, both dishes were executed perfectly. I can confidently say the best roast in the area. I also ordered the steak tartare which was so good that we ordered it again. My only suggestion for improvement...read full review

The inn looks fine, food is good, although pretty pricey compared to the tiny burger I've ordered.The place was nearly empty but we still needed to wait 10 min to be seated. Later they wanted us to move to another room because we had a dog with us. About 10 minutes later another group came in with another dog and they were seated in the exact same room where no dogs are allowed allegedly...
