Always a popular place, this one is located inside the M25 Cobham services. Everything that you would expect from a Greggs including a healthy range. Had the Mexican Chicken Flatbread and a coffee, lovely. Great place for a rest bite with plenty of seating and all the usual facilities near by.

Had a lovely experience while collecting my greggs food, was served by a very helpful tall male who gave me recommendations on what to get!! Very good customer service and lovely atmosphere :)

Down staff, no idea how to deal with customers. Queue of 7 and 4 staff just talking among themselves and doing back end stuff that would take one person to do (can see what they are doing) they could not careless there are people waiting.Its a pretty easy counter comparably too. Generally one item ready to go in a bag is majority of orders.Many left and went else where which as a business owner is hard to watch.Greggs is huge so easy to miss shops but this place needs an injection of energy!For 13 minutes the second till was not used.I have proof too but cant post it as it would include a previous customers card details on the pdq slip time stamp!!Data protection dictates these slips should be put away but they let them print one after the other in one stream of paper.

One person serving at peek breakfast time in a major service station is just poor planning and customer service. Many people left and went elsewhere - you might want to consider staffing effectively !

Greggs offers delicious pastries and sandwiches, but it would be even better if they expanded their menu with more variety. Still, a go-to spot for a quick and tasty snack.

Well Mr Ian Gregg, thank GUY for this review. We have just received the most shocking customer service when placing an order over the counter with GUY. Spoke with attitude, in a very distrusting tone, slammed the food the on counter: slammed the till drawer and slammed the recipe after being asked for it. He has also used Charlottes till perhaps thinking I would not spot his name tag. After asking is everything alright. He said ‘yea why’ and I asked why he spoke with such a disgusting tone to my partner. He just smiled and laughed it off and said he ain’t got a problem. No wonder why it’s 2.6 google rated. As for the food quality, was semi standards with some parts of the order being warm, yet other part overcooked. Will consider the other establishments here rather than yours from now on. Well done GUY.

Bad experience today at this Greggs branch, went 15 minutes before their closing time and one of the staff by the entrance told me that the shop was already closed. I said to them that I do usually stop here and the closing time is 8, they let me in and when I asked for coffee, I been told the coffee machine wasn’t working, asked about any hot pasty and they laughed. Just left and no coming back, this is not the way to treat people. Avoid this place.

Poor understanding of English by the server I explained my order a number of times and ended up paying for food I did not want q too long so did not argue about it food was cold not happy will not call again
