This particular Leon is usually poor. The food is "old" crispy rice, cold chewy fries. We always use it thinking it "won't be bad this time" and yep, it's bad. Returned items in the past, staff are usually miserable and don't say a word to you. It's too expensive for this kind of food and service. No wonder all the other food outlets are busy and Leon empty!

Disappointed with my Leon today. Usually really enjoy it. The coffee was possibly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The hash browns were burnt and dry. The muffins were nice but nothing to write home about. Over £20 on really poor quality products. Should have gone to McDonald’s. Get what you pay for there.

Normally a big fan of Leon but on this occasion was very disappointed, service was slow and disorganised. Dining area was disgusting tbh, loads of rubbish not cleared for hours, tables covered in crumbs and stickiness (this may not be responsibility of Leon staff but reflects on them nonetheless). Having just arrived from Abu Dhabi where everything is spotless this was even more off-puttingVegetarian options: Love Burger is very nice

Visited the other day and the food is very dry woth no flavour, very overpriced, most of the food items were off the menu. Also beware if you sit down in their seating area, a bald man with glasses will be watching you and cleaning tables when you are trying to eat making you feel unwelcome and to hurry uour meal. A very uncomfortable experience.

Have eaten here before, along with at their sister branches in Kingston and Folkestone. Each time, the food has been superb. The burgers and ingredients are fresh and delicious, griddled fries were deliciously seasoned. Staff really pleasant. Excellent food. Best place at Cobham Services.
