Big and nicely setup fuel station. Toilets are available, not very clean but free. There’s even a little sit-down area inside.Could not find electric charging points here though. Where is Shell Recharge?

Disgraceful pricing. I Needed some diesel yesterday, your regular diesel was £1.88 a litre, my local station is currently £1.44. This is just a total rip off. So instead of buying a full tank I only got a splash out of principle, I then grabbed a bottle of coke and was charged £3.20 for it ?Really?! Where will this end?

Average price. It's a pity you can't pay at the pump but have to walk through while store to pay. At least it wasn't busy.

SCAM! Avoid this place at all costs.They advertise fuel at £149.9, but sell it at £169.9 without any reasonable explanation. Steer clear of this place until they sell it at the price advertised. SCAM!

Parking too expensive for what is offers...no food voucher...no deserve 35£/day for nothing
For the exorbitant prices they charge for fuel in comparison to other petrol stations, you'd hope the guy behind the till would be bothered to at least say hello when you approach the till to pay, have some eye contact, perhaps even a smile, or say thank you or goodbye after you've paid.But no. An absolute misery guts 'serving'. When you think there can't be anything much worse than a long drive home and being stuck in M25 traffic, it's filling up at this petrol station.

It sells fuel, that's the only good thing I have to say about it. Charging 20p more a litre than the garage five minutes down the motorway is a joke.

I was buying several thinks and also I ask for two croissant when they will be ready from the oven after 6 minutest. I paid for all the thinks including for the two croissants .I came back after 6 minutes in order to take my 2 croissants , and the colour guy from filipine I think he was very rude with my and we had to have an argue for 6-10 minutes in front of all other customers for two croissant I already payed and he did not want to give them with the excuse those are the rules. And he invite me to take from the back, near the costa coffee machine . And I said those are to cold and old, and full of germs, because I sow other people taking and touching them with the empty hands, so this is not safe and hygienic at all.This was a very unpleasant situation for me and made me lose my time for nothing , and drove 155 miles special for this fuel station in order to take my favourite caffe and croissant !I hope the CEO of the company will take action for this situation.
