Tried using points to pay for 6 inch and hot drink and the 2 staff behind the counter jus shouting in a foreign language to SCAN CODE when I already scanned 2 codes then made up some stupid exuse on how it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Horrible people.

Not the best Subway within the local area, Staff seemed disinterested- member who served us was on a phone call while serving us and spoke in his native language which I thought was slightly rude. Food was ok, lacked enthusiasm.

I’ve been veggie for over 10 years and I ordered the vegan steak sub - it was only when I bit into it I found it’s just bitten into a meatball. Not on.Vegetarian options: Make sure they actually give you the sub you asked for

Not a great service yesterday. I understand that the lady was new starter, but then she should ask me if is enough salad, if is enough sauce, if i eat in or take away, if i need a bag , she should cut my foot long not leave it to me break into. She was more busy with phone rather than learning something at work.

Went in, tried saying hello and order but the new guy (Kriti or kriti) was too busy with his AirPods in talking, had to say things a few times.. when I said maybe you should take your AirPods out so you can hear me, he got upset and started being aggressive.
We go to this subway quite frequently and... it's Subway. The food is what you might expect unless you've been living under a rock for decades. But this branch has one major issue which is the lack of staff! Quite often when we arrive there is only 1 staff member making all the food (for customers AND online orders), doing all the till work and everything else. They often seem exhausted and irritable (fair enough!) and it takes ages to get our lunch. Please hire some more staff!
