Can't really comment on the atmosphere as I was the only one in there but the meal was lovely, and an excellent pre match meal of seafood with noodles. Beautiful little authentic restaurant! The sushi is incredible with a huge range of options (whether you're a raw fish kind of person or not) and the hot dishes are delicious. I've never been to Umami without over-ordering and always have leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. Ordered a takeaway for 5 and not disappointed - The food was lovely and tasty - a real mix of things which made it even more enjoyable. The staff are helpful and friendly.Yes the restaurant is a bit spartan but then again you end up paying for that generally in the food: all the best places I've ever eaten on the world are plain and simple letting the food speak for itself - and it does in bucket loads - Thank you
