We arrived at 8 on Friday night and the pub was practically empty. The bartender was not particularly interested in serving and needed prompting to explain the beers on offer it was clear we were not the right customers at not the right time.This was a pub for the young and more a nightclub it turned out. We left at 10 still quiet but people started arriving two bouncers had turned up on the door it wasn't our kind of place.

Excellent beer & service but shocking price for a bag of nuts. Forget exact price but was £2.00 to £2.50 for a small bag of salted nuts. Pints OK price at just under £5 each.
Cheap drinks but staff aren't talkative and food is abysmal...

The worst pub I have ever been to. No atmosphere, badly laid out and decorated, flat cold and sad place. Rubgy on tele with bad echo sound system, 2 drinks cost nearly £20! ?

Came here before watching a game of football at Dorking FC. The staff were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of us although they did their best to accommodate us all. It's about a 15 min walk to the train station from here and a ten minute walk to the ground from here. So it's the perfect pitstop. The prices aren't too bad either.

I've eaten in this pub a fair few times now I've had fish and chips and the pie of the day with seasonal vegetables the food is really good here can't fault it and the staff are friendly it's also a comfortable pub the sofas are nice and support your back and the service is just incredible everytime I've come in here it's been good food good service and comfortable setting I mean that the best a pub can be food is reasonable prices too especially considering the qualityIve had FAR BETTER FISH AND CHIPS IN SURREY YEOMAN than that michein 5 star placeIf you are looking for best fish and chips.im Dorking or a nice fresh pie served with a smile then yeoman is the place to go:)
