I don't normally go to Starbucks I just can't be doing with all the different choices of coffee like an organic bean grown from an ancient civilization within the ruins of there worshipping place, so I had a hot chocolate was ok did the job, would perhaps go again if there like today is no queue, which brings me to why do they need to write your name on the cup when your the only person ordering and in the queue? Doesn't matter, like I said it was good and efficiently done staff friendly and that is what counts

How could you go wrong with Blonde Roast. String coffee that wakes you up every time. Struggle to follow instructions and you can't even give instructions on deliveroo and Uber eats! How can I say that I want my large Americans half full!

Went xmas shopping, left the wife to it and took my lad to Starbucks, we were warmly greeted as we entered the store, our order was made ready very quickly and we spent about an hour in the seated upstairs while we waited for the wife. Good experience, store is clean and felt safe to use, good spacing between tables and all staff and other customera were respectful of others and wore masks.

I’m extremely unhappy with my visit to Starbucks Epsom . Not once did they come over to take the dirty plate and wrap from the table and when they did I had to ask them to do it plus they never wipe the tables and still left stuff on my table !!! Terrible service will use Costa coffee in future!!!!
Tea bag went in after the sofa and hot water, so took an age to brew. Sugar in large glass pourer and only wooden stirrers, so no idea if my tea is the right sweetness.

Out dated ground floor. Doesn't look inviting or relaxing. Staff are not enthusiastic either, every time I've been in. Coffee is standard as you would expect from Starbucks.

Went to buy a coffee and a muffin. While I tried to pay the payment did not go through as I didn’t have enough money in my account. I said to the person working at the till to kindly wait so as to transfer the money. The Wi-Fi connection was poor and my battery was low (my fault). The person asked again “Did you get the money?†I replied “No I do not. I will just have the coffeeâ€. The reply was “It will go to waste (the muffin)â€. I said “What can I do?†and the person mumbled “You should have moneyâ€!!!! I paid for my drink only with some cash I had. the person’s behaviour was rude as it was not my intention to get this product to waste or even worse to get it for free. It was an abrupt and rude behaviour. Money issues are something fragile. I didn’t expect that behaviour from educated young people. At the end of the day you can always give a muffin to a homeless person. It is not a case of visiting this place anymore despite of thinking becoming a regular client.
