There is seating both out on the balcony (but still indoors) or in the café itself. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The coffee and pastry were both delicious. The attached photo was taken from our table looking into the library next door.Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available and they didn't mind our using one for our granddaughter even though we didn't buy anything for her.
