Closed again at random on Sunday afternoon at 2.30. So disappointing for regular customers all of these erratic hours!! Staff are great when it’s open but you never know when that is.

Awful, kicked out early because they wanted to go home. Was waiting with my daughter after her orthodontic appointment for my wife to pick us up and hadn't finished our toasties or my daughters hot chocolate!Never again.
Turned up on my first visit to this branch ten minutes before closing and even though the staff were clearing away, Cynthia was extremely accommodating and demonstrated excellent customer service skills in that we weren't turned away or even rushed to order and finish, so will definitely be returning because of that. ?
