My pair of friends and I went to Panshi last night (on the occasion of my 85 birthday) to "celebrate"(?) the event. I had my favourite chicken pasanda (£12.95) - coupled with a stuffed parath and (thick) tarka dal. One friend had chicken tikka masala (£12.75); the other had balti tropical (£15.95). My first visit to Panshi. The staff were friendly and the food was good. It was easy to park outside. We had the mixed starters which were very nice, followed by the Panshi chicken special which was tasty and a lamb dish (the lamb was a bit chewy) but overall it was a good meal.

This has to be the best Indian food in the area. We get curries from here when we crave a takeaway. There are many Indian restaurants much nearer but this is the place we always go back to. Can’t recommend it enough.
