I use this now and than for petrol and the odd bit of shopping in the small store, usually i have come across fairly polite staff but not tonight as i put petrol in my car, very rude cashier, didnt even look up at me when i said 'Good evening' , i am always a cheerful polite lady to everyone , he didnt say thankyou or even say a word to me, i said thankyou very much and goodbye, he said nothing, very rude, should not be behind a counter , I have worked in sales, behind counters and various places and self employed, always cheerful and polite to everyone no matter what is happening in my life. they need to tell or train some staff to look at customers and be polite and cheerful with manners. makes me not want to use it again tbh

It’s 3rd time I bought (Cappuccino )Costa from this service station and it’s the worst coffee every time so watery doesn’t taste like coffee at all , I think they adding their own brand in Costa dispenser.

Do not use this garage - they double charged me for my fuel over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for any refund - they are not interested in trying to sort out the problem - BEWARE I have been told to contact Shell customer service by the owner in response to this review and they have not offered any solution.

They regularly overcharge for groceries - watch your receipts! It’s happened three times to me, sneaking in doublescanned items for wine, sandwiches and ice creams. I’m not saying they are necessarily dishonest, but it’s something to look out for.I regularly check my receipts at this place now.

Such poor facilities for a relatively new petrol station!Went there to use a car wash ages ago and was told it’s not been working in two years!This morning I went to pump up my tyres - spent about 20mins with the machine playing up, deflating instead of pumping and sending mixed messages - finally went to ask for help just to be told IT’s NOT working and there is sign…there is NO sign! As I walked out another person was already at it, looking all confused ??♀️ Wasted so much time, left with a very deflated tyre only to drive to Hampton and deal with it in seconds! Last time I used this station - which sadly is my closest one - what a shame!
Sorry to hear the bad reviews and I have only found the staff polite and helpful. Be careful if you shop as (in the past) the bread was out of date (never bought food from there again). The filling station also has a good car wash but closes at 12pm on Sunday. I know why (residents/noise) but I think it is too early. Otherwise it is a decent place.

Regular Shell. We had to stop to tank in the middle of panic buy, therebwas a long queue but Shell was the only ones that kept open.
