I have supported greggs since they started, I have never had a problem with them untill today, I payed £2.50 for a cold, stale pepperoni pizza, £1.50 for a undercooked sausage roll an £4.00 for a sandwich I wouldn't feed my dog! It's sad to say but my relationship with Greggs is now over, I refuse to be treated like this...... Good bye my love.

About 3/4 weeks ago I bought a Tuna sandwich [with cucumber I think], from Greggs / ESSO Petrol station, Hogs Back Guildford, opened it up and the inside of the 2 halves were dry and a strange taste, I was ill later ?! .........probably was the previous days stock - who knows??Had a bite in the ESSO, it was dry but on the inside of the sandwich?I was in a rush so off I went, but really should have returned it to them.Anyway I complained when I got home, just before I was ill and they assured me that the sandwiches were made daily and here comes the best bit, I asked what about the best before date, 'we do not put a date on as they are made fresh daily'Can anyone believe it in this day and age !! ....NO DATE STAMP ON - APPALLING.BACK TO M+S THE BEST FOR SURE ....in my opinion.NEVER WILL I USE GREGGS AGAINOh by the way they offered me £15 to keep me happy - Shame on them.
