Hobbled into the store (very painful!) and ordered Americano and something to eat. Wonderfully understanding lady asked if I was alright and to help brought it to my table to save me standing. Sounds small but was such a kind and welcome gesture.

Terrible staff at the lion & lamb Starbucks had absolutely no people skills whatsoever & will not be returning.

Wow What happened today that made the staff hate the customers today? No please No thank you Ignoring queue whilst they chat and laugh Then look at us all like we are interrupting Having a bad day I think? In a town of 14 cafes in the centre, by far the worst. All other are trying harder

Starbucks is Starbucks and they are all the same.No they are not! This one is really good. The coffee (filter is my choice) is great and the muffins are nice, despite the ruination of the blueberry muffins by Starbucks making them plant based and mushy. The staff are really nice and make the atmosphere one in which is nice to spend time. They pay particularly attention to customers who are elderly or frail and ensure they are OK. They are really good with children and it is a place every dog would love to visit.I am a Starbucks devotee and this one stands out from the crowd.I would recommend a visit.

Really lovely staff. Staff really helpful and professional. Amazing coffee and chill out music. An oasis of calm when you need time to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Lovely, quick service that when me and my girlfriend went in to order 2 different cold coffees we had them in our hands within the next minute. Only let down by the hilarious fact of getting my name right and her name completely wrong.

Avoid this establishment during after school hours or while waiting to order your humble black coffee you will be accosted with hoards of school kids (over privileged Frensham high alumni) ordering extravagant drinks which sound like they come straight out of a fantasy novel.

Horrible experience, the staff were busy having Coffee while I had to wait about 10 minutes for a simple toast out of the oven.

Few coffees I’ve had haven’t been great & the staff are always miserable. The disabled door opening button doesn’t work when trying to exit & the door is too heavy to open...Today I was holding my dogs lead in one hand & a coffee in the other, I couldn’t open the door as the button didn’t work & the door is too heavy for me. The staff could clearly see I was stressed & struggling yet just stood there despite me asking for help.!Please support the local coffee shops down the street instead!

Useful location outside Waitrose and always with a bowl of water outside by the door for any dogs. Front door has a button push for ease of access.

Food and drink were fine but not sure they have the hang of keeping people safe at the moment. The 2m between tables must not have been measured, barely 60cm between them at one point, and tables not being cleaned between customers.

Friendly staff, good spot in town and coffee is pretty consistent.

The drinks are good, however they don't take cash due to covid. But overall a send

Starbucks isn't for everyone, but I do enjoy their coffee. This Starbucks is in a nice location with a small amount of outdoor and indoor seating
