Left Gatwick at 2am stopped here to see if there was a room before a 4 hour drive back home as yet again the M25 was experiencing problems,, And was told that they was fully booked when they quite clearly was not and had an almost empty car park, Night staff obviously couldn't be bothered to check us in, so we didn't even get an experience of this hotel. Really not what I would expect from a major hotel chain. Going to make a complaint to head office. Can anyone really afford to be turning customers away

The room smells of damp. Every surface is clammy. The receptionist, Kye, is great but can't offer us another room. It's a really unpleasant room. Unfortunately it's too late to go anywhere else.Rooms: Disgusting

Would have got five stars but shower tap broke in the morning and wouldn't turn off. My husband managed to turn it off in the end but it was a close call as we were on a strick time constraintAnd didn't have time to tell the guy on reception just had time to dump our key cards and run.
