“Fantastic Sunday lunch at the star today. Service was great, really friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, food was delicious, with unlimited sides on the roast, you can’t go wrong.
Absolutely will be going back again soon, especially coming into the colder months, such a perfect place to go.”

Enjoyed the pub quiz with a great quiz master and a Goldilocks level of difficulty (not too hard... not too soft... just right!).
Nice range of beers and lager served by an attentive and fast bar staff.
All in all a lovely pub a stones throw from the station.”

“A great experience. We stayed in the Juliet room. It had character on top of character. Yes, the doors are very low to get into, but it added to the charm. The room was larger and better set up than we had expected. The staff were super friendly and the pizza was great.”
