Prices good, spending just over £100 for 3 meals, alcoholic drinks, coffees, and desserts, including tip. Serving staff were all brilliant. Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Food was okay. Not local to this area, I chose this restaurant from the consistently excellent Tripadvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed. For starters we had the salt & pepper squid, which was tasty and cooked just right. For our main courses we had Lamb Bunny Chow and Cyder battered fish & chips. Stopped in here around 3.30ish on a hot, hot September Saturday. I was very happy to see their food service runs from midday to late evening as I thought I might have been out of luck.Wonderful service, a great burger, and a relaxing place to rest after hours of hiking. I felt restored and ready to continue the journey after this meal!
