We love this place. The staff are great always helpful even on a really busy lunchtime like today. I love their lunch menu - lots of freshly prepared seasonal food. I’ve never had a bad meal. Cakes are gorgeous with a big pot of tea. Will be back again soon. Thanks.

The best coffee and cake for miles around! Came here with my partner and had the large cooked breakfast, really nice. Then again today on my bike and had the tastiest walnut and coffee cake. Coffee is perfectly made - nice big mug and exactly the right temperature. Prices are very reasonable too. What’s not to like?!

Great selection of food and cakes. Called in on a walk and was spoilt for choice for cake. Had a lovely caramel latte and the portions of cake were not measly like a lot of cafes. Veey tasty, good size and vfm. Friendly, helpful staff???

Little barn is always a go-to when we’re near Elstead, the ladies serving are always warm and friendly and the food is hearty and good value for money. The real stars are the cakes, they serve huge slices and always have interesting flavours home-made each day. Lovely little cafe that’s great for a big meal or light treat

Popped in for a quick lunch - menu was great and cakes looked amazing. Enjoyed a delicious soup with cake to go - it was literally flying out the door and I couldn’t pass it by! Sadly I was too late ordering the Plum and Walnut so will definitely have to return. Person serving us at the table was very helpful and friendly, person at the till a little abrupt, otherwise would’ve given 5 ⭐️ all round.

big barn breakfast delicious as usual. only way to describe it is if you go to your friends house and they cook a breakfast, real home cooked taste as opposed to cafe coffee and walnut cake 10/10 so tasty, big slice too

Warning to all vegans. Avoid. At the time of writing there were only two options, soup or falafel. No vegan cakes. Option of crumpet with avocado and smoked salmon so asked if I could have a crumpet without the salmon. But was charged for the smoked salmon as well which is not acceptable. I will not be returning. The staff were rude and not flexible at all. They argued I should pay the full price and that is was my fault as the kitchen was closing when we ordered.
